Moodle is an online platform for doing your homework assignments.
Moodle は宿題の課題を行うためのオンラインプラットフォームです。
This guide explains how to create your Moodle account and complete your assignments.
このガイドでは、Moodleアカウントの作成方法と課題の進め方を説明します。

A. Moodle学生アカウントの作成方法
Follow these steps to create your Moodle account.
次の手順に従って、Moodleアカウントを作成してください。
Step A1: Go to Moodle Oak Hills Press website
ステップA1：Moodleサイトにアクセス
Open your web browser and go to the Oak Hills Press Moodle page.
ウェブブラウザを開き、Oak Hills PressのMoodleページにアクセスしてください。
Click the Log in button.
Log in ボタンをクリックしてください。
Step A2: Click “Create new account”
ステップA2：「Create new account」をクリック
If you do not have an account, click Create new account.
アカウントを持っていない場合は、Create new account をクリックしてください。
Step A3: Username ユーザー名
Your username must be your student number (学籍番号).
ユーザー名は 自分の学籍番号 を入力してください。
If your student number includes letters, use lowercase letters only.
アルファベットが含まれる場合は 必ず小文字 を使用してください。
Uppercase letters will not be accepted.
大文字は使用できません。

Step A4: Password
ステップA4：パスワード
Choose your own password.
自分でパスワードを設定してください。
The password must be at least 8 characters.
パスワードは 8文字以上 にしてください。
If you ever forget your password, click on Lost password?
パスワードを忘れた場合は、Lost password? をクリックしてください。
Step A5: Email address
ステップA5：メールアドレス
Enter your email address.
メールアドレスを入力してください。
It is recommended to use your university email address.
大学のメールアドレスを使用することをおすすめします。
Enter the same email address again for confirmation.
確認のため、同じメールアドレスをもう一度入力してください。

Please enter your name in English letters, not Japanese characters.
名前は 英語（アルファベット）で入力してください。漢字は使用しないでください。
First Name = Given name (名)
Last Name = Family name (姓)

Step A7: City/Town

You can skip this field.
この項目は 入力しなくても大丈夫です。

Select Japan.
Japan（日本） を選択してください。
Step A9: Create your account
ステップA9：アカウント作成
Click Create my new account.
Create my new account をクリックしてください。
Step A10: Continue
ステップA10：続行
After creating your account, Moodle will send a confirmation email to your address.
アカウント作成後、Moodleから確認メールが送信されます。
Open your email to Confirm your account.
メールを開いて、アカウントを確認してください。
Click Continue to proceed.
Continue をクリックして次に進んでください。
Step A11: Search for your course
ステップA11：コースを検索
After clicking Continue, you will see a Search courses box.
Continue をクリックすると、Search courses（コース検索） のボックスが表示されます。
Type TEG followed by your teacher’s name.
TEG の後に先生の名前を入力してください。

Then click the course name in the search results.
その後、検索結果からコース名をクリックしてください。
Step A12: Choose your course
ステップA12：コースを選択
You will see the courses available from your teacher.
先生が担当しているコースの一覧が表示されます。
Choose the course for your class.
自分のクラスのコースを選択してください。
Usually, this will be The English Gym 1 or The English Gym 2. TEG 1 is the yellow book, and TEG 2 is the blue book.
通常は The English Gym 1（TEG 1） または The English Gym 2（TEG 2） です。TEG 1 は黄色の教科書、TEG 2 は青色の教科書です。
Click the course name to enter the course.
コース名をクリックしてコースに入ってください。
Step A13: Enter the enrolment key
ステップA13：登録キーを入力
To join the course, you must enter the enrolment key.
コースに参加するには 登録キー（enrolment key） を入力する必要があります。
Your teacher will tell you the enrolment key.
登録キーは 先生から案内されます。
Enter the key and click Enrol me.
登録キーを入力し、Enrol me をクリックしてください。
Please do not share the enrolment key with students who are not in your class.
自分のクラス以外の学生と登録キーを共有しないでください。
Step A14: If your email address is different from your Student ID number, enter your Student ID number in the optional field.
ステップA14：メールアドレスが学籍番号と異なる場合は、Optional フィールドに学籍番号を入力してください。
Click the dropdown menu next to your profile icon, select Profile, and then click Edit profile.
プロフィールアイコンの横にある ドロップダウンメニュー をクリックし、Profile を選択してから Edit profile をクリックしてください
Scroll down to Optional → ID and enter your student ID number.
Optional → ID までスクロールし、学籍番号を入力してください。
Finally, click Update profile.
最後に、Update profile をクリックしてください。
Step A15: Start your assignments
ステップA15：課題を開始
After enrolling in the course, you can begin your assignments.
コースに登録した後、課題を始めることができます。

Follow these steps to complete your English Gym assignments.
次の手順に従って、English Gymの課題を行ってください。

From the dropdown menu, click “My courses”, find your course, and click it.
ドロップダウンメニューから 「My courses」 を選択し、自分のコースを見つけてクリックしてください。
Step B4: Open the assignment
ステップB4：課題を開く
Find the assignment for your lesson.
そのレッスンの課題を見つけてください。
Click the assignment title.
課題のタイトルをクリックしてください。
Step B5: Start the quiz
ステップB5：クイズを開始
Click Attempt quiz now or Start attempt.
Attempt quiz now または Start attempt をクリックしてください。
Step B6: Answer the questions
ステップB6：問題に答える
Read each question carefully and choose the correct answer.
問題をよく読んで、正しい答えを選んでください。
Step B7: Submit your answers
ステップB7：提出
Click Finish attempt.
Finish attempt をクリックしてください。
Then click Submit all and finish.
その後 Submit all and finish をクリックしてください。
After you submit the assignment, you will be able to see your score.
課題を提出すると、自分のスコアを確認できます。

There are five types of assignments in TEG 2 Moodle.
TEG 2 Moodle には 5種類の課題 があります。
About the Assignments
課題について
All assignments in the English Gym Moodle are quiz-format assignments.
English Gym Moodle の課題は すべてクイズ形式 です。
Students may attempt the assignments as many times as they like.
学生は 何回でも再挑戦することができます。
Moodle will record your highest score.
Moodle には 最も高いスコア が記録されます。
However, the Final Quiz of each unit allows only ONE attempt.
ただし、各ユニットのFinal Quizは1回のみ受験可能 です。
Please be careful when taking the Final Quiz.
Final Quiz を受験する際は注意してください。
1: Vocabulary
Match the English term with the English definition.
英単語と英語の定義を一致させます。
2. Listening Summary
Listen to the summary and type the English words you hear.
要約を聞いて、聞こえた英単語を入力します。
3. Speaking
Type your answers to the discussion questions and record your voice.
ディスカッションの質問に答えを入力し、自分の声を録音します。
After recording your voice, please attach the recording.
録音した後、その録音ファイルを添付してください。
The teacher will be able to listen to your voice and see the words you have typed.
先生は あなたの音声を聞き、入力した内容を確認することができます。
Please do not record or type nonsense.
適当な内容や意味のない入力はしないでください。
4. Writing
Choose one question and write your answer.
質問を1つ選び、回答を書いてください。
Students should write 50 words or more.
50語以上で書いてください。
Your teacher will be able to read your answer.
先生はあなたの回答を読むことができます。
Please do not type nonsense words or sentences.
意味のない単語や文章は入力しないでください。
5. Unit Quiz
Answer various questions about the unit.
ユニット内容に関するさまざまな問題に答えます。
Checking Your Grades
成績の確認方法
Students can check their grades in Moodle.
学生はMoodleで自分の成績を確認できます。
Click the dropdown menu next to your profile image.
自分のプロフィール画像の横にあるドロップダウンメニューをクリックしてください。
Then select “Grades.”
その後、「Grades」 を選択してください。
You will be able to see your assignment scores.
課題のスコアを確認することができます。
